About: 

Supervisor Caleb Aichele spent five years as a long-haul truck driver, traveling coast to coast as an owner-operator. Following this, Caleb founded his construction business, C.C. Builds, in New Orleans in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. There, he collaborated with FEMA and United Way to rebuild from the ground up, helping to restore the community.

Upon returning to Fairchild, Caleb continued his construction business in the Chippewa and Eau Claire areas, specializing in framing new homes, multifamily homes, and apartment buildings. He remains actively involved in the construction industry, continuing to frame structures in the region.

Caleb is deeply involved in his community. He serves on the church board as both an elder and treasurer, and is a member of the village board of Fairchild. He is a dedicated foster parent to two young children and a parent to four grown children, demonstrating his commitment to family and community care.

Caleb is also preparing to become one of the emergency contact personnel for the new emergency response team in Fairchild. He is working on starting a new housing development and a small commercial strip mall in the village, showcasing his dedication to local development and economic growth.

Supervisor Aichele has served on the Eau Claire County Board of Supervisors since April 2024.
